Louisa is our Centre Co-ordinator. She manages bookings and the smooth running of the centre and will be your first point of contact when communicating with, or visiting Cotesbach Educational Trust.
Louisa has a background in crafts, and outside CET Louisa works as a maker, and freelance designer.

Letty Newton (Chair)
Letty is currently Assistant Head of Maths at a secondary school in Hackney. Prior to moving to London in September she completed Teach First, working at a school in Knowsley outside Liverpool and before this spent two years in Hong Kong establishing an extra curricular English program in a university. She graduated from University of Manchester in 2011 with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and spent a year as General Secretary and Chair of the Students’ Union.
Retired Head of Languages Department and member of the senior management team at a Leicestershire high school, now turned amateur historian, genealogist and volunteer in the Cotesbach Archive.
Rolls-Royce plc’s Global Sustainability manager. Board member of Action 21 (2010), a volunteer-based charity that aims to reduce the environmental impact of the Leamington and Warwick communities and raise awareness of the benefits of sustainable living.

Alison is a teacher of Textiles Technology at a local Leicsetershire Academy school. She is passionate about life long learning and has interests in education, the arts and envrionmental issues.
As a trustee and volunteer, Alison is developing the education offer to increase the use of the Marriott family archive as an educational resource available to all.

Justine Lowe left her career as a teacher to indulge her passion for creating individual textile designs using natural wools and the felting process. On moving to Leicestershire, she began her own design business. She carries out workshops and has been a regular exhibitor at a variety of arts and crafts fairs, including Cotesbach’s own Market in the Yard.
Jo is currently Head of Development at Tate Liverpool and has 10 years’ experience of working within fundraising and partnership development in the third sector. Jo has worked for a range of organisations, from a newly established Social Enterprise working with vulnerable adults, to a children’s cancer charity and now a national arts organisation.

Design History MA (RCA) and ‘gadfly and initiator’ of the Royal Collection Computer Inventory System (RCCIS) 1985-1991, Sophy and family landed at Cotesbach more by chance than design, and she has been pretty busy ever since.
Andrew is a senior lecturer in management at Solihull College, specialising in finance and accountancy. He has lectured and trained both in the UK and abroad and prior to his lecturing career ran an exporting company specialising in selling engineering equipment into the Middle East.
