Fresh Pasta Making

Simple ingredients combined to make more than the sum of their parts!

Come and learn how to make delicious fresh pasta in a variety of forms. Sam Rouse (from The Cork & Fork Supper Club) guides you through the basics of making dough to making different types of pasta including, pappardelle & tagliatelle. Try making simple home-made pesto or a roasted tomato and garlic sauce to eat with your fresh pasta.

All ingredients will be provided. Suitable for age 16+ Please note: due to the nature of the food being prepared, this workshop may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a specific intolerance please contact us in advance of booking.
