Sourdough Bread making Class – Sunday 13th October 1pm-6pm

Master bread baker Paul Raddan of Rugby Real Bread will lead us through the process of developing a sourdough starter, kneading the dough and baking the bread.

We will make a wheat sourdough and a flavoursome dark rye and spelt bread. Learn all the techniques to produce your own sourdough loaves at home.

Attendees will go home with a pot of mature sourdough starter, a loaf of wheat and a loaf of dark rye spelt bread. There will be time during the day for lots of discussion and questions.

Please bring an apron and container for your starter.

We will have a coffee and cake break midway through the class, but please bring any other snacks and drinks you may need.

This class is suitable for ages 16+.
